10 Ways I Use AI in my Business
Here are 10 ways I use AI to automate, optimize, and scale my business effortlessly.
1. AI for Business to Business Outreach
I use Apollo.io to reach out to hundreds of brands and creators weekly, automating follow-ups and tracking responses. AI-powered insights help me tailor pitches, increasing conversion rates for high-value deals. I use AI and ChatGPT to help create my emails in my voice.

2. AI Powered Project Management with ClickUp
ClickUp’s AI features help streamline task assignments, automate reminders, and generate reports, ensuring my team stays on track without manual follow-ups.
3. AI Powered Email Marketing
I leverage Kajabi, and Apollo.io to automate email sequences, personalize outreach, and optimize subject lines and emails for higher conversions, saving at least 3 hours weekly.
This week for example, I revised influencer management and created a 5 to 7 part email series to reach out to previous Super Bowl Ads brand investments in the game. This saved me five to seven hours alone.

4. AI and Content Creation
AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva Magic Write help draft posts, captions, and graphics in minutes.
I use AI to help draft blogs, social media captions, and infographics in seconds to minutes.
This saves me 4+ hours per week!
Creating content with AI and Platforms like Later Media and Planoly help batch and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. With AI-driven insights, I post at the best times for engagement without manually tracking analytics. On top of that. I use Repurpose, OpusClip and IFTTT.

5. AI and Blog Creation
I use AI to generate long-form content, optimizing it for SEO and readability.
With ChatGPT and Lindy.AI, I create high-quality blogs and repurpose them easily.
6. AI and Video Production
I use tools like ChatGPT for descriptions and CapCut to auto-generate captions, remove filler words, and edit my videos. This speeds up my content creation flow, cutting copy and editing time by 50%.

7. AI and Podcast Descriptions and Transcriptions
With ChatGPT I outline my podcast descriptions and transcribe my podcast episodes in minutes, making them more accessible and easy to repurpose into blogs and social media posts.
