Securing and scaling brand deals as a creator isn’t just about sending a few emails or posting content—it’s a strategic process that blends relationship-building, content creation, and return on investment.
I’ve worked with brands like Google, Expedia, Amazon, and Airbnb turning partnerships into long-term collaborations that drive revenue and impact.
That's why I am so passionate about a Creator's Playbook: 5 Steps to Land Brand Deals.

5 Steps to Land Brand Deals
Nike says Just Do It. I Say #CREATEIT
Step 1: Positioning as a Purposeful (and Profitable) Partner
Brands don’t just look for influencers with big followings; they look for creators who align with their mission, vision, and can deliver results.
Here’s how I position myself:
✔ Authority in Key Areas – I focus on wellness, travel, marketing, and business, making me an ideal partner for brands in these spaces.
✔ Value Over Vanity Metrics – A highly valuable content leads to engaged audience matters more than just high follower counts.
✔ Professionalism, Consistency & On-Time Delivery – Brands want creators they can trust, so I prioritize high-quality content, delivering ahead of deadlines, and clear communication. (Example: I delivered 100+ videos to Google and Video over a week early!)
✔ Strategic Outreach & Tech Tools – I leverage platforms like Apollo.io and my
Creator Circle with 75+ tips, tools, and tech.
In my Influencer Marketing Like a Boss series. you may learn about 15+ platforms for inbound leads.
✔ Bundles & Value-Driven Packages – I structure offers with multi-platform content, digital products, and long-term collaborations, making it a win-win for both me and the brand.

Step 2: Creating the Perfect Pitch to Profits
A winning pitch isn’t just about saying, “Hey, I love your brand, let’s collaborate.” It’s about showing why you are the right creator and how your content will drive value.
🎯 Personalized Outreach – I research the brand’s goals and tailor my pitch to their needs.
🎯 Clear Value Proposition – I highlight alignment, case studies and return on investment.
🎯 Visual Storytelling – I include a branded media kit showcasing past and potential ideas.
I share examples of Creator Templates on Creator Community on Etsy and Creator Bestie on Shopify.
Sample Pitch:
Hey [Brand Name],
I love what you’re doing with [specific campaign/product]! As a [creator in X industry], I’ve helped brands like [past brands] increase engagement and drive conversions through content and strategic partnerships.
I’d love to explore how we can collaborate—whether through engaging social content, blogs, or a multi-month partnership that aligns with your upcoming goals.

Step 3: Case Studies & Return on Investment
Brands invest in creators who can show return on investment (ROI). I use real data and case studies to flip a free offer to a paid deal and negotiate better rates.
📊 Engagement Rates – How my audience interacts with my content
📊 Conversions – Results from past campaigns, like sign-ups, sales, or website clicks.
📊 Content Performance – Metrics on my video views, blog traffic, and reach.
📊 Multi-Faceted Experience – I’ve worked as an influencer, brand, and agency, and have seen influencer marketing from every angle.
Through my online courses, retreats, and created communities, I’ve helped other creators successfully land and scale brand deals.
📊 Notable Brand Outreach – In 2025, an influencer marketing platform reached out to me for a paid partnership with Amazon, showcasing the power of inbound opportunities when you position yourself effectively.
Step 4: Go from One-Off to Ongoing Partnerships
One of the biggest mistakes creators make is treating brand deals as one-time transactions.
If you don't ask - the answer is no
As a result of my mindset of a warrior woman of faith AND my corporate experience in 7+ industries, I always plant the seed for ongoing collaborations by offering:
🔄 Providing Post-Campaign Insights – I share performance reports to show the brand how well the collaboration worked and how we can optimize for future projects.
🔄 Expanding the Relationship – I proactively ask brands if they’re open to adding more content, course or retreat placements, or expanding long-term with additional creators.
🔄 Multi-Month, Annual & Multi-Year Bundles – I present options for 3-month, 6-month, and year-long partnerships with added value, making it easy for brands to commit.
Step 5: Diversifying Income Streams with Brand Deals
Brand deals are one part of my revenue strategy.
To scale my income, I combine:
💰 Paid Brand Deals – Sponsored content, UGC (User-Generated Content), affiliate partnerships,
💰 Bundles for Brands – Offering blog features, video content, email marketing, and more
💰 Creator Bundles and Templates – Selling creator books, courses, and templates.
💰 Creator School – Teaching creators how to #CREATEIT with wellness, wealth, business.
