Get ready to channel your inner surfer chick because peri-menopause and menopause bring some gnarly hormonal waves. Estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone decide to go on vacation, leaving us with hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep disturbances. But remember, you're not alone in this crazy ride. It's all part of the journey to embracing your inner goddess and discovering a new level of strength and resilience.


I have definitely experienced insomnia, mood swings, and a few hot flashes within the last few months. Thankfully, the hot flashes are gone and mood swings are under control.

The insomnia is a work in process as of now.

You may not have realized it, but you've got some serious superpowers within you to tackle these hormonal changes head-on. A combination of healthy nutrition and regular exercise is your secret weapon, boosting endorphins and making you feel like Wonder Woman.

I am so grateful I transformed my health 7+ years ago.

I practice a Sacred 7 Morning and Night routine including prayer, I Ams, music, message, journaling, movement, and gratitude. I am by no means perfect. I am consistently creating.
