Join me on One Week: Creating a Life and Business I love being at Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. My last 15 weeks have passed quickly. To give you insight, I am sharing the week of April 19-25, 2021.
Similar to last week at Lake Atitlan, I got sick on Sunday, and it carried into Monday. As a result, I started the week focusing on getting back to 100% health. I recovered faster this week.
I did create and scale a life, business and community I love, as well as explored San Pedro La Laguna cemetery and Sababa Resort, Panajachel, Santa Catarina Palopo, and Guatemala's most magical hotel, La Casa Del Mundo, in Jaibalito twice.
I continued to create, transform and inspire during my travel to 7 Continents adventures.
Creating a Life and Business I Love:
Lake Atitlan, Guatemala
In Week 16, I continued my experience and stay with my Airbnb in San Pedro La Laguna, Guatemala by Lake Atitlan. In One Week: Creating a Life & Business I Love: Guatemala Week 15, I shared about visiting San Marcos La Laguna Cerro Tzankujil Nature Reserve.
This week, in the midst of creating a life and business I love, I experienced getting traveler's sickness. I don't usually get sick when I travel. Every once in a while though, my body is adjusting in more ways than one. I started this week sick with a stomach bug. Thankfully this was my last time getting sick in Guatemala.

Creating and Scaling a Life, Business, and Community
Whether you are a side hustler, work a 9-5, creating a life and business you love full-time, and/or traveling the world, I hope this series encourages and inspires you to take limitless leaps of faith.
If you are seeking freedom in your time, location, expression, community, and ultimately financial freedom, let's #createit. I am right here with you on a path of purpose to freedom (Gal 5:1).
There are ways to transform your wellness, online, media and travel. It may be with online courses, or seeking ways to automate and scale your business like a boss. Let's #createit.
One Week: Creating a Life & Business I Love: Lake Atitlan will help you create, transform, and inspire with an insider look! This is week 5 of my travels in Guatemala, and my third week staying near Lake Atitlan.
If you didn't know, Lonely Planet named Lake Atitlan "Eden on Earth" for great reason.
One Week: Lake Atitlan in Guatemala: Week 16 of Travels
If you have followed my Creating a Life and Business You Love series, you know I spent my first three months of travel in Costa Rica. If you haven't yet, you may want to check out the series on Creating a Life and Business I Love on the blog and show!
Lanchas (Boats) like this one are a primary method of transport around the lake. They are reasonable in time and transport. From San Pedro La Laguna to Panajachel on the other side of the lake, it is 25Q currently - about $3-$4 USD.
This is an experience in itself seeing Lake Atitlan up close and personal!
There are TukTuk's as well to get around (small vehicles).
I love to walk so I normally walk around town, and most of the villages by the lake are easy to navigate by foot as well.
My Routines: Morning, Daily and Weekly
No matter where you are in the world, how you start your day is powerful in every way.
My Sacred 7 Morning and Night Routines with I Am's, Prayer, Positive Music, Bible Reading, Message, Journaling, and Movement sets me up for success.
My daily routine includes shake, tea and tabs with Herbalife Global Nutrition for 7+ years and counting. I lost over 55+ lbs and chose to be alcohol free 5+ years ago. I compete in fitness shows in National Physique Committee Bikini.
'Disclaimer: Average person loses .5 to 1 lb. a week with healthy active lifestyle.
Every week, I outline my week and days, and continue to align actions to my vision. Every week, things shift depending on faith, feeling and focus.
I outline my Create 7 to help me align actions. Create 7 includes launches, community, scale, clear, media, series, and projects. I practice self-accountability with tools and teams like Click-Up, Focus Matrix, and virtual assistant services. I am in mentorship and coaching currently with Herbalife Nutrition, Super Focus with Tommy Newberry, and Legacy League with Mike Michalowicz.
All along the way, I envision and assess results in community, creators, and creatives.
Walking into the week, I envisioned:
1 Series with Blog, Show and Channels
2 Community Creation & Focus
3 Reviewing and Submitting Proposals & Pitches
4 Creator Focus on Videos & Reels
5 Clearing Emails, Team & Media Items
6 Mastermind & Summit Updates & Shares
7 Assessing Daily & Weekly Results
Super Focus
I am creating a life, business and community I love. I am receiving $3,000 - $25,000 daily-weekly-monthly easily for wellness, media, online & travel God willing with incredible community consistently in April. I am DAP, Supervisor and World Team with Herbalife in April.
This is my focus until I hit it not only once but consistent 3+ months. I will adjust after the third month of consistency to align to annual and legacy goals.
Top Three Priorities
1 Community: Sources and Scaling
2 Creators: Courses, Management
3 Creatives: Media, Series, and Books
I focus consistently on creating and scaling a life & business I love & helping others. This is done by integrating faith, wellness, marketing, business and travel.
Not only that, every online course & live experience includes tips, tools & technology for health, wealth, and business hands-on.
Week 16: Creating and Scaling by Lake Atitlan in Guatemala
The outline below will help you see how I created and scaled this week, as well as how it aligned to my passion, purpose, potential, people & profits.
Since I started off the week sick, I didn't start creating until Tuesday this week.
So grateful I use Efficise and Virtual Assistants as they check my emails 2+ times among other tasks.

Community
I worked at my Airbnb in the morning on the show, media, and clearing emails and community items.
Around 10 am, I went to explore a Guatemalan cementary. For years as a child, we would visit the cementary in Poland. It reminds me as well to pursue our passions and purpose while we are living.
Afterwards, I went to work at Terraza Cafe in San Pedro La Laguna central street. It is a beautiful spot to work with views of the lake. Their food is delicious. I worked on our Influencer Management Campaign, blog and show series.
Once I left La Terraza Cafe, I went to Sababa Resort to relax, read the Bible, and journal. Sababa has a beautiful swing overlooking the pool and the lake. I recommend you spend a minimum half to full day relaxing on their grounds with the pool overlooking Lake Atitlan.
When I visited in April 2021, a day pass is about 30Q/$4 depending on the exchange rate.
The four pictures you see below on the bridge, mirror, pool and swing are all filmed at Sababa Resort in San Pedro La Laguna.
Once I left Sababa Resort, I returned to my Airbnb energized and refreshed. I worked on my book Pain to Purpose, Chapter 4 Corporate to Calling, blog post on Weekly Series, and finances.

Clearing
In the morning, I uploaded Content Like a Boss Costa Rica Edition. I worked on an upcoming presentation for Wanderful, a travel community of 45,000+ travelers and creators.
Later in the morning, I connected with a great friend of mine. I listened to Legacy League. a mastermind I am in, with Mike Michalowicz, a New York Time Best Seller. I worked on our business plan in Live Plan (one of the tools I teach in our mastermind, Creation Club, and live events).
I dropped off laundry and went grocery shopping for some basics.
Thursday
Free Day
Originally I had a meeting scheduled Thursday morning nearby at a Lodge. However, when I messaged the owner it changed. I decided instead to go visit La Casa Del Mundo, Guatemala's most magical hotel in Jaibalito.
I started off with an incredible breakfast on the cliffs overlooking Lake Atitlan. I did my weekly review.
I completed videos, pictures, and reels of the breathtaking place. I swam and relaxed in a hammock.
I ended up spending about four hours.
Afterwards, I picked up my laundry.
Friday
Community
In the morning, I worked on a business to business potential opportunity with DayBreaker for a Marketing Director.
Afterwards, I picked up my Herbalife Global Nutrition package at Panajachel, did some souvenir shopping on Calle Santander, and went to visit the village of Santa Catarina Palapo.
It's easy to see why Santa Catarina is on the Top 10 Lake Atitlan Things to Do.
Saturday
Series
I worked on my series in the morning. Afterwards, I connected with family overseas. I started packing for my next destination Mexico on my travel to 7 Continents.
Sunday
I decided to go to La Casa Del Mundo again to kayak and have breakfast. I filmed a few reels while I was there. Afterwards, I listened to Transformation Church and connected with family.
There you have it.
