One Week: Creating a Life & Business I Love: Monteverde, Costa Rica: Week 6

My last week in Monteverde, Costa Rica. While I am excited for what is next, my time coming at an end in Monteverde is bittersweet. Santa Elena, Monteverde, Casa Balbi with Larry, Grethen, Diego, Oscar, and Manuelito have all left imprints on my heart. The time I have spent in Monteverde, Costa Rica in a word = priceless.

I find myself incredibly fortunate for how incredible my last two stays and experiences in La Fortuna and Monteverde, Costa Rica have been. I wonder what is coming up next in and near Manuel Antonio.

If there is one thing I have learned is there is always more. My first month in La Fortuna, Costa Rica flew by. In a sense, my time in Monteverde, Costa Rica felt slower and calmer. At the same time, my three weeks have flown by too! While creating, scaling and traveling through the 7 Continents with Central and South America in 2021, I am constantly adjusting.

In Week 4, I transitioned to my second Airbnb in Monteverde, Costa Rica by jeep-boat-jeep from La Fortuna, Costa Rica. In Week 5 in Monteverde, Costa Rica, I experienced Stella's, Children's Eternal Rainforest, Orchid Gardens and Cafe to name a few of my adventures while creating and scaling what I love.

In Week 6, I reflected on creating and scaling, as well as what adventures I wanted to have before I left Monteverde, Costa Rica.

One Week in Monteverde, Costa Rica: Week 6

If you have followed my Creating a Life and Business You Love series, you know I spent my first month in La Fortuna, Costa Rica at Dragon Fly Hideaway. Right when I saw it, I knew it is the perfect spot with the colorful homes, pool and kitchen, and incredible WiFi.

Week 1 in Costa Rica, I shared insights into my three months in Costa Rica and stays.

My first week blew me away with my one week adventure and creating a life and business I love in Cota Rica. In week 2, I spent more time at my Pink House at Dragon Fly Hideaway creating and scaling. In week 3 in Costa Rica, I continued creating and scaling, while enjoying Sloth Tour, Rio Chollin, Baldi Hot Springs, and El Salto too!

During Week 4 in Costa Rica, I transitioned to Monteverde, Costa Rica including a jeep-boat-jeep tour across Lake Arenal.

In comparison, in Week 6, I took some time off to unplug, filmed videos, proposed projects, connected with community, experienced a Farm, Orchid and Night Tour, and strolled across magical and mystical Hanging Bridges in Selvatura Park.

The beginning of my week involved unplugging, followed by a focus on series, videos, courses, and proposals mid week to Saturday.

No matter where you are in the world, how you start your day is powerful in every way.

My Sacred 7 Morning with I Am's, Prayer, Positive Music, Bible Reading, Message, Journaling, and Movement sets me up for success.

My daily routine includes shake, tea and tabs with Herbalife Global Nutrition for 5+ years and counting. I lost over 55+ lbs and choose to be alcohol free 5+ years ago. I compete in fitness shows in National Physique Committee Bikini.

Every week, I outline my week and days, and continue to align actions to my vision. Every week, things shift depending on faith, feeling and focus. My last week in Monteverde, Costa Rica was no different.

I outline my Create 7 to help me align actions. Create 7 includes launches, community, scale, clear, media, series, and projects. I practice self-accountability with tools and teams like Click-Up,Focus Matrix, and Efficise.

All along the way, I envision and assess results in community, creators, and creatives.

Super Focus

I am creating a life, business and community I love. I am receiving $3,000 - $25,000 daily-weekly-monthly easily for wellness, media, online & travel with incredible community consistently by March 1. I am DAP, Supervisor and World Team with Herbalife before March 1.

This is my focus until I hit it not only once but consistent 3+ months. I will adjust after the third month of consistency to align to annual and legacy goals.

I focus consistently on creating and scaling a business I love & helping others. This is done by integrating faith, wellness, marketing, business and travel. Not only that, every online course & live experience includes tips, tools & technology for health, wealth, and business hands-on.

I cleared 100% from both my Cameras this week, and uploaded 90% of videos for the mastermind to DropBox. I cleared over 90% of my phone. I have it down to <40 pictures and videos.

5 Series

I adjusted the series for blog and show for Costa Rica Adventures including Children's Eternal Rainforest and One Week in Monteverde, Costa Rica. I recorded 3+ episodes for the show - Create It with Katrina Julia. Coming up on the show and series includes Hanging Bridges, One Day in Monteverde, Costa Rica, Top 10 Things to Do in Monteverde, Costa Rica, 7 Continents and Retreat Blogs and Shows before my Manuel Antonio series.

Weekly, I will continue the creating and scaling posts as well.

6 Scaling

Over 75% of the business is automated via tools like Kajabi, Task Virtual, and Efficise. In Automate and Scale Your Business Like a Boss, I share automation and delegation including finding opportunities, social media, and business development.

I teach this hands-on in our online courses and retreats too. I outline tasks in 3-5 steps to automate and delegate. I continuously assess tasks to increase service, free up my time, and teach others to do the same.

I transitioned some scaled items to two new VAs with Efficise.

7 Projects

I created two campaigns on Intellifluence for CREATEIT Summit for creators to spotlight with pre-recorded sessions, as well as for the Costa Rica Retreat in August 2021.

The FREE 14 Day Challenge preview to the Creation Club: Online Mastermind with Health, Wealth & Business including Tips, Tools & Tech hands-on is open and being shared.

I added retreats to new platforms focusing on a Costa Rica: Transform & Travel Retreats in August.

This week my adventures included visiting an experience with a Farm, Orchid Garden and Night Tour, as well as Hanging Bridges in Monteverde. I spent a half day working on Wednesday and enjoying yummy food at Orchid Cafe as well!

This week, I continued to increase my focus on nutrition with Herbalife Nutrition shakes and snacks, as well as workouts on my own and via the Peloton App. I reached 2,000+ minutes in workouts and sessions on Peloton App this week too!

I spent the day finishing up a presentation for the upcoming week for the Travel & Industry Marketing Association, giving a virtual presentation to Wanderful on Part 2: Transformation from the Inside Out, and following up with the team.

Mastermind

I started my day off at my Airbnb filming 12 videos for the 12 themes for my YouTube and Creation Club: Online Mastermind. I started loading the videos to DropBox.

I spoke to my parents before leaving for Hanging Bridges in Monteverde, Costa Rica. I spent the next 2+ hours gliding and hiking through the Hanging Bridges.

I wrapped up reviewing the week, and outlining reels to film Friday and Saturday.

Saturday

The day started off beautifully. I did my morning routine and workout. I prepared for my Herbalife Global Nutrition, and tuned in via my terrace all day. I filmed fun reels on training and healthy recipes with Herbalife Nutrition.

I updated items on Indeed and other platforms.

Sunday

Sunday is typically my day to unplug including sleeping in, family chat's, church with Transformation Church, and walking in nature. I took my last walk at Eco Park via Casa Balbi.
